This phase entails a site visit by 1 of our technical staff members to identify site specific conditions to be taken into consideration. During the site visit the client provides input into the design approach to ensure transparency in the way forward. A formal document is issued to the client containing a site layout plan, detailed BOQ (Bill of quantities) and project schedule.

The Material required to complete the project is sourced and delivered to site. The client provides a safe lay down area for the material on site. The services of a surveyor are utilised. A utilised team installs pegs at predetermined locations to serve as reference points for the drill team. The Necessary equipment required for the project is mobilised during this phase
